Facilitator wanted for the ‘diskurslernen’ project

To facilitate the discussion process, we are looking for someone who can lead and support the pupils’ project week three times a week. Facilitation skills, the ability to motivate pupils and engage with sixth-formers appropriately, the ability to assimilate and convey learning content, and the capacity for reflection on the group discussion process are essential requirements for this role. You will have experience of working in teams and leading groups from your degree or teacher training.

You are also willing to familiarise yourself with the role independently, to prepare for the project weeks, and enjoy working and facilitating/teaching as part of a team. In terms of qualifications, you have a degree in the humanities, social sciences or education, and you have an interest in socio-economic issues and their practical application.
