The Role Dilemma
The role in which a person operates is often highly relevant to their decisions and the reasons behind them. Changing circumstances, such as a fall in a company’s turnover, can also influence a decision.
The aim of this dilemma exercise is therefore to highlight the role-specific and situational components of judgements and decisions and to illustrate possible consequences.
